Look Honey, We're On YouTube

Post:

I did it.  I finished my latest stack of applications and forms.  Apparently I'm getting more efficient.  I've made myself organizational binders for instant access to all of my frequently requested financial information.  Yes, the divorce decree is in there, too.  Right at my fingertips, for easy reference.  Woo hoo!

To celebrate, Boyfriend and I are going to have a good laugh at ourselves with this clip, aptly called 'Intensive Caring'.  Just imagine that Greg is not a lawyer, but a web developer (computer nerd).  Enjoy.

Yay for binders!

I'm a binder freak. Makes things so much easier. My favorite is the recipe binder. I gave up on the recipe box since most of the recipes I have are cut out of a magazine. The binder is organized by type, but not much more than that. For some reason, it feels way more creative than a box.

Congrats on your MAJOR accomplishment.

Page protectors, too.

I always have my 3-hole punch within arm's reach.  I'm usually quite organized, but I feel like I've been living in a giant pile of paper since May.  I keep thinking, I've had nightmares about this!  But now that the binders are prepared, I feel in CONTROL.  Hoo-yah!

Maybe I'm part Dharma, part Greg...

I have a big recipe binder, too.  You can print my recipes to put in there, you know.  ;-D

Organization.

Good for you, finishing your paperwork and getting organized. If you're like me, getting organized is awesome; staying organized is a bitch. Maybe you could delegate to Greg, I mean boyfriend.

That clip is funny but strangely sad. I miss that show!

Getting organized certainly is a short-lived accomplishment.

Because I'm getting plenty of exercise EVERYDAY, as I have to swim to the top of the sea of paper in my office, bound or not!

Unfortunately, organization is NOT Boyfriend's forte and he's juggling EVERYTHING else, including customer relations (not my forte - gulp!).  But can I just tell you how hard it is to be friendly the rest of the day when Chase Bank calls at 7am, everyday?

I agree on the Dharma and Greg clip - but it makes me smile, if only because they're so darn cute, and Dharma is so darn cheery.  Totally miss that show...

Missed you!  How are you doing?

Hugs,

Lisa

A better tomorrow

Hang in there Lisa. Your writing is amazing, so is the power you clearly have in your brain and soul. Faith, hope, and love get you through the good and the not so good. You're in my thoughts.
