Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

My wonderful friend Jenny made me these fries during my visit to Colorado. I've struggled to make sweet potato chips in the past, but these are way less trouble for a very similiar result.
Tools needed:
baking sheet
Time:
45 minutes to 1 hour
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato per person, peeled (if desired) cut into pieces 2-3 inches long, and 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
1 tsp olive oil per sweet potato
1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped, per sweet potato (person)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place sweet potato slices in a bowl big enough to toss with olive oil. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss until well-coated.
- Arrange sweet potatoes in a single lay on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary and other desired spices.
- Bake in preheated oven until crispy, 30-45 minutes, depending on thickness of slices. Serve warm!
Serves:
